Groton Story Walk

Winter Is Here by Keven Henkes is a wonderfully written and illustrated book celebrating the sights, sounds, and smells of the winter season. This walk is located on the trail behind Memorial Park in Groton, NY.

Dryden Story Walk

The Snowy Day by Ezra Jack Keats is a delightful story about a boy exploring the neighborhood after the season’s first snowfall. This walk is located at the Jim Schug Trail in Dryden, NY, and can be accessed next to the Dryden Agway.

Enfield Story Walk

Over and Under the Snow by Kate Messner takes readers on a trip through the winter woods to discover the secret world of animals living under the snow. This walk is located at Enfield Elementary School.

Danby Story Walk

Whistle for Willie by Ezra Jack Keats is a wonderful story about a young boy learning to whistle, and is located at Dotson Park in Danby, NY.
