
The Family Reading Partnership, located in Ithaca, New York, is a coalition of organizations, individuals, schools, libraries and businesses that is working to create a "culture of literacy" by promoting family reading practices in the community and beyond.
Over the past ten years we have given over 200,000 books and encouragement to read to families in our area.


Books and words have a huge impact on our lives. Read stories from community members about their own book experiences in the Power of Words column in the Ithaca Journal each Saturday.
